CX Lead Designer

As a CX and UX Designer you will seek to enhance our client’s customer and collaborator experiences, through a combination of design, agile, development, trends and innovation. We live at the intersection of business, design, technology, data, and art, and we expect that you will not only nurture these disciplines but excel in them.Your challenge as an expert will be to propose disruptive ideas at the level of experience and user interface, hand in hand with agile work methodologies, co-creation, structured design, with a focus on permanent business growth and innovation.

As a CX Lead Designer, you will take part in the company development on multiple topics and missions, such as:

• Lead the experience design scheme for Raven projects.
• Identify insights based on customer research.
• Design experiences that are desirable and useful for users and at the same time promote our clients' businesses.
• Make sure design outputs are according to quality requirements.
• Track and monitor development progress and quality of experience.
• Manage and maintain CX/UX/UI best practices.
• Lead brainstorming sessions with representatives from all key stakeholder teams.
• Communicate design decisions to the client and the team in general.

• Love teamwork and contribute with your interests to the internal culture of Raven.
• Be proactive and self-managed. We hate micromanagement.
• Dare with crazy ideas.
• Have experience with prototyping and design tools (figma, XD, proto.io, Sketch, etc).
• Have worked on mobile and web applications and are familiar with current design trends.
• Be data-driven and use quantitative and qualitative data sources to inform your design decisions.
• Have at least 5 years of experience as a product designer or UX/UI.
