Customer Success Consultant


The job

As a Customer Success Consultant, we hope that you are passionate about the customer, about the use of data and technology to accompany them to generate a more profitable customer base. The challenge is not only to design successful profitability and loyalty strategies, but also to accompany clients in building capacities and achieving goals. With a clear business vision, being the "voice" of the customer for the rest of the team, you will have to work closely with the CX, Growth and Product Owners team to ensure that we are improving the customer experience to achieve the objectives set.

This is a highly collaborative role, requiring excellent organization, clear communication, and passion for building customer relationships. As a Customer Success Consultant you will be working with our most important clients to ensure we generate the maximum return on investment.


    As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be involved in development across multiple topics and missions, such as:

    • Solution Design: You must actively participate in the design of loyalty programs and solutions for our clients, identifying the drivers that trigger cross&up sell in the portfolio in order to design and operate a strategy that is effective in the market.
    • Project Operation and Execution: You will have the opportunity to work directly on our clients' projects to achieve.
      - Implement strategies to increase billing and/or increase the use of the product and serviceImplement campaigns that deepen knowledge about the functions and characteristics of the product proposal to increase the use of it.
      - Actively manage the customer journey to understand the customer experience, from onboarding to reduce conversion time and service activation, to churn management.
      - Create cross and up sell sales opportunities.
    • You will be responsible for the execution of projects in the portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring that each client obtains the maximum value from our solutions.
    • You will actively work with Raven teams, technology solution providers and Marketing teams to deliver the best solution to meet our customers' needs.
    • Relationship Management: Overseeing the relationship and building trust with our clients through the delivery of strategic solutions and exceptional execution that add value to the client.
    Profile Requirements
    • Passion for digital disruption and customer management.
    • 2 to 4 years of experience delivering marketing solutions related to mobile solutions.
    • Management and use of data on multiple platforms (data studio, google analytics, firebase, among others).
    • Familiarity with marketing, marketing technologies and ability to apply technological knowledge to improve the way our clients reach their customers.
