Raven, the global company specializing in disruption, design, and business acceleration—founded in Chile in 2022—has announced the acquisition of DIGA, a Spanish firm with over 20 years of experience in designing, building, and scaling digital products and enterprise technologies.
The operation strengthens Raven's offering in Spain and Europe by integrating advanced engineering, architecture, data, and delivery capabilities from its Think-Build-Sell model. This allows the company to offer digital products ready for growth, monetization, and large-scale operation, with a specific focus on banking, insurance, energy, retail, industry, and digital platforms.
J.J. de la Torre, Founder and CEO of Raven, stated that "with the incorporation of DIGA, we reinforce our ability to build what we design. We unite strategic vision, product, and technology into a single stack, ready to scale in highly competitive markets."

Global Reach and Strategic Consolidation
With offices in Santiago, Mexico City, and Madrid, Raven currently boasts a team of over 180 collaborators. It emerged as the innovation arm of Virtus Partners before consolidating as an independent company in 2024. Raven works with major brands such as Entel, Walmart, Parque Arauco, Santander, MetLife, and Consorcio, among others. In just four years, it has successfully combined design, technology, data, and AI to create disruptive business models that it then builds and brings to market alongside its clients.
On the other hand, DIGA brings two decades of experience developing critical technological solutions for organizations like BBVA, Santander, Mapfre, Iberdrola, Repsol, and Inditex. Now integrated into Raven, this track record is amplified by capabilities in disruption, value proposition design, growth, and commercial acceleration, effectively closing the gap between thinking, building, and selling.
According to DIGA CEO Paco Pereira, "becoming part of Raven allows us to take our design and engineering to a new level, connecting it directly with strategy and growth. It is the ideal environment to create technology with a real and measurable impact on client results."
Future Acquisitions and Expansion Fund
This operation marks the beginning of a series of acquisitions Raven plans to execute over the next 18 months. The goal is to build a pan-European and American platform in disruption, technology, and acceleration, combining talent, IP, scale, and industrial execution.
J.J. de la Torre noted that DIGA "is the first of several strategic integrations we are driving to consolidate Raven as the European and American benchmark in the design and construction of high-growth disruptive businesses."
