Digital Marketing Expert


The job

As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of sales acceleration programs, which includes, among others, the design and execution of effective marketing campaigns that drive the adoption, use and monetization of digital products or services that we design for our customers. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with marketing, sales, product management, technology and design teams, as well as our customers to build capabilities that enable accelerated growth.


    As a Digital Marketing Expert you will have to execute multiple tasks, such as:

    • Commercial Management and Business Development:
      - Create sales opportunities and lead business development proposals.
      - Lead marketing management maturity assessments and develop roadmaps to help clients set and achieve their marketing and growth goals.
    • Marketing TechStack:
      - Work with marketing, integration and data platforms to design new marketing strategies and solutions for clients.
      - Ensure the overall success of marketing technology implementations, focusing on customer relationship, financials, project execution, resource management, and overall program health.
    • Analytics:
      - Demonstrate and lead understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to apply insights from it to optimize campaigns and advise the client on opportunities/actions for optimization (effectiveness and efficiency).
    • Content management:
      - Manage the generation, edition, publication of content with business objectives.
      - Collaborate with strategy and creative teams on content creation and ensure content is relevant to the business objective.
      - Work with the strategy team for SEO (search engine optimization) and inbound traffic generation.
    • Social media:
      - Implement and manage social media programs (branding, awareness, sales and customer service).
      - Use existing and new social media channels to help achieve sales goals, generate insights and integrate a holistic view of the experience.
      - Define the most important social media KPIs and measure the success of social media campaigns.
      - Identify trends and developments in the industries in which they work to keep the offer updated.
    • Campaign and Media Management (On and Off Line):
      - Manage the creation and implementation of advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives.
      - Lead and manage media plans with a performance objective.
    Profile Requirements
    • 4-6 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a consultancy or agency with regional exposure.
    • Strong experience in marketing strategy.
    • Customer Management (C-level).
    • Experience in marketing automation platforms, marketing cloud, CRM, advertising platforms, data modeling.
    • Experience in Financial Services and mobile marketing are a plus.
