CHALLENGE

Two years ago, INVEX faced the challenge of digitizing their bank, and to achieve this, they sought Raven as their strategic partner.Invex, a Mexican bank with a focus on corporate banking, invited us to co-create, define and understand the opportunities that existed for their business. After in-depth work to understand the market and the needs of people, we identified the need to create a new solution for the retail banking market (personal banking).

SOLUTION

Together, we worked on identifying opportunities for bank transformation. After thorough market research and understanding people's needs, we identified an opportunity to create a new solution for the personal banking market.

A Neo bank that adapts to a generation where traditional financial services do not follow their behavior nor their lifestyle. We created and launch a bank from scratch including product design (UX/UI), product development (FE/BE), and go-to-market execution while building capabilities inside the organization to ensure sustainability.
